Dwayne Johnson reveals his diet for role in Black Adam movie

Dwayne The Rock Johnson is not only known for his movies but also for his fit physique as well.
Earlier this week, the Jumanji star shared what his diet consisted of in preparation for his role in the upcoming film
Black Adam.
In a video on Instagram, the 48-year-old said that his role requires strength, conditioning, character and story study, but added that “the most important thing” was a good diet.
The star went on to reveal that for him, a well-planned diet consisted on whole eggs and egg whites, beef tenderloin, oatmeal and blueberries, as well as gluten-free English muffins with butter, Stevia and cinnamon added for extra sweetness.

LEXINGTON, Va. (AP) The Virginia Military Institute has altered its ritual of expelling cadets by waking them up in the middle of the night to the sound of beating drums.
The Washington Post reported Tuesday that the school is no longer announcing the expelled students names during the so-called “drum outs.” The practice involves waking up the entire corps of cadets.
Two cadets were drummed out early Tuesday after they admitted to cheating on a math assignment, according to an email sent to students by the president of VMI’s student-run Honor Court. The difference was that the cadets were not identified as they would have been in the past.

ALBANY An independent arbitrator exonerated city police officer Matthew Seeber of all charges last week for his role in an incident on March 2019 on First Street.
In response, Mayor Kathy Sheehan wrote a letter to the state board that handles police arbitration, criticizing the arbitrator’s “racially biased conclusions,” and asking the board to stop using him.

A Bay Area city official is calling an anonymous, racist attack on her “totally unacceptable.”
Jackie Elward, the vice mayor of Rohnert Park in Sonoma County, received an anonymous phone call Tuesday in which a resident verbally harassed her after she voted to ban fireworks just days before. The caller, she said, used an anti-Black slur and told her “to go back to Africa.”
According to KCBS, she was the deciding vote on a ban on firework sales and use in the Bay Area city a vote she made due to concerns over fire safety in the area.
